Sarasvathi Sagathevan (BA LAW, LLB, UDW) Director Mrs Sagathevan is a seasoned civil and criminal law attorney who is not afraid to tackle complex issues. She has years of experience in labour law matters having dealt with the CCMA as well as dealing with issues of unfair labour practices, legitimate expectations as well as collective bargaining issues. She  has also attended to a plethora of matters at the Labour Court involving automatically unfair dismissals and has also prosecuted and chaired disciplinary proceedings. She has since amassed a wealth of knowledge on evictions, domestic violence, maintenance, divorces, lease agreements, collections, last wills and testaments, various commercial contracts as well as all other areas of civil litigation. Hlabangane Mtshali LLB (UFS) Candidate Attorney Hlabangane is currently serving articles of clerkship at the firm.
